Late Fees Announcement

The Labour Market Regulatory Authority urges all employer to commit to paying the monthly invoices within one month from their date of issuance in order to avoid being charged with the late penalty fees. Committing to payment of the monthly fees prevents you being charged with the late fees fine imposed under Article No. (3) of Council of Ministers No.(28) for the year of 2008 which states that BHD 2 will be charged as late fees fine on each monthly invoice due, with maximum of BHD 6. LMRA announces termination of monthly work fees

In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to support the private sector as the main engine of growth, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has announced the termination of monthly work fees and fees for issuing and renewing work permits for a period of three months, starting from 1 April 2020. The Chief Executive Officer for the Labour Market Regulatory Authority Mr. Ausamah Bin Abdulla Al Absi received at his office last Monday 9th of June, 2014 the Turkish Ambassador to the Kingdom, Her Excellency Hatun Demerir.
