The Constitutional Court has rejected the controversial article (20) of the draft law that bans certain sections of the expatriate community from obtaining a driver’s licence.A session chaired by Constitutional Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa yesterday ruled that the law was non-compliant with the provisions of the Constitution in the Kingdom. Manama: Oct. 27 –(BNA)– The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA)’s CEO, Ausamah bin Abdullah Al Absi, said that the LMRA does not procrastinate in communicating with all sectors of labour which represent our national economy, in order to remove any obstacles which might face businesspeople and provide more facilitations to them in compliance with the directives of Kingdom’s wise leadership.
