New contracts for domestic workers to be enforced from October 1
A NEW contract for domestic workers will be enforced from October 1, it was announced. Under the revised rules, employers seeking to hire a housemaid will have to compulsorily declare, among other things, the nature of the job, working hours and weekly day off. Continue reading

A NEW centre that will offer business owners key services at their doorstep is being launched by Bahrain’s labour watchdog.
