LMRA chief receives UAE delegation

CEO of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Ausamah bin Abdulla Al Absi received here today an official delegation from the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), led by Housing Consultant Jassim Mohammed Hussain.

The UAE delegation is visiting LMRA to be informed about its experience in the fields of information technology and customer service.

Al-Absi gave a detailed presentation about LMRA’s reform project and the executive steps taken so far to implement it.

LMRA’s Customer Service Director, Ashraf Hafedh, also briefed the visiting delegation about LMRA’s advanced e-services and transactions, including the Expat Management System (EMS).

The delegation the toured LMRA’s facilities and was informed about its transactions and work flow. They expressed admiration for LMRA’s advanced services using ICT applications.

Head of the UAE delegation said that the MRHE had visited LMRA given the latter’s leading regional and Arab position in delivering customer services using the latest e-service equipment.
