The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) carried out four inspection campaigns in the Capital, Muharraq and Southern Governorates, covering several shops, work sites and gathering places of labour.

The Authority pointed out that a joint inspection campaign was carried out in the Southern Governorate, in coordination with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA)and the Governorate Police Directorate, while the second campaign was in coordination with the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Evidence at the Ministry of Interior in the Governorate of Muharraq. Also, two campaigns were conducted in the Capital Governorate, the first in partnership with the Judgments Enforcement Department, and the other one in coordination with the Capital Municipality and the Capital Governorate Directorate (Community Police).
