HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with recently appointed government officials

Manama, Aug. 2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with recently appointed Undersecretaries, Presidents, and Chief Executives from across various government agencies at Gudaibiya Palace.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised the vital role of the public sector’s executive management in implementing the Kingdom’s wide-ranging development initiatives and strategies, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Royal Highness congratulated the recent Government appointees and wished them success with their new roles.

His Royal Highness commended the officials’ efforts which have led to the development of services offered to citizens and residents and stressed the importance of strengthening Team Bahrain’s efforts to meet the Kingdom’s comprehensive development goals.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised the Kingdom’s commitment to providing opportunities for skilled Bahraini citizens, to ensure the success of development initiatives.

For their part, the newly appointed officials extended their gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness and for the trust bestowed upon them in assuming their new posts. The officials also highlighted HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s continued support of the Kingdom’s workforce.

The newly appointed officials concluded by expressing their commitment to achieving the Kingdom’s comprehensive development goals that benefit Bahraini citizens and residents.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
