LMRA Honours Six Trainees with-Special-Needs

Manama, Nov. 9 – (BNA): The Labour Market Regulatory Authority “LMRA” organised an honouring ceremony for six persons-with-special-needs who had completed the the LMRA’s summertime training programme in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development.

As part of its social responsibilities, the LMRA received a number of students who have completed the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait “BBK”‘s Office Duties Diploma at Social Development Ministry’s Qualification’s centre’s aimed at training and imparting them with relevant workplace skills in the period July-September 2014.

The trainees said they have gained useful practical skills during the training programme which has opened for them vaster job opportunities, praising the good treatment they received from LMRA staff.

The LMRA pays special heed to the handicapped and provides them special services suitable to various types of disability. The LMRA’s website provides features for usage of the blind.
