Booking 1153 appointments for the completion of the transactions in the “LMRA”

LMRA Vice President for Operation Mr. Ali Al Koheji announced that online appointment system with LMRA responsible persons accomplished a high achievement, were the statistics revealed that more than 1,100 LMRA clients benefited from this system in the period from early June until the end of July 2014.

LMRA launched the online appointment system on the first of June 2014 as a part of full modernization of its electronic services. Mr. Al Koheji explained that LMRA location within the recent updates provides the possibility for employers to book an appointment with the managers and heads of departments of the operation sector. This service gives the employer the possibility to meet official concerned heads directly.

He further explained that the online appointment system organized 1153 appointments with clients; to complete their transactions and to follow up with managers and heads of departments, the appointments distributed between booking appointments for services and booking appointments to follow up with the officials, and just within two months it was coordinated 620 appointments for clients to follow up with the managers and heads of departments of electronic support and client services departments. 341 appointments accomplished with managers 127 appointments with heads of departments and 152 appointments to follow up with electronic support. It has been a coordination of 533 appointments to get LMRA services, 253 appointments were for the collection of biometric data for individuals, 112 of the data vital to the families, 59 for establishments registration and 109 appointments for intention to transfer.
