Dear sir,
It is good to read about the Cabinet directing the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) to increase inspections in order to curb the problem of illegal workers in the Kingdom.
This problem has been going on for a very long time and I am still puzzled as to how the perpetrators could manage to get away with their crime.
Most of those victimised were uneducated or poor workers whose only desire was to give their families a better life.
They risk their limbs and life just to give their loved ones a bright future. But it is truly sad that there are many people out there who take advantage of the weak and are only after sucking other people’s blood and money for their own benefit.
I hope the LMRA would take this matter seriously so that we could protect these workers. We must protect them for they, too, are human beings.
