Vendors are kindly requested to:
- Collect approperiate tender document from the Directorate of Finance & Administration of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority Seventh floor, office no. 703-Building no. 603, Road no. 1011, Sanabis- 410, after submission of nonrefundable fees specified above starting Monday 12th July 2014.
- Submit their quotations on form no. TB 02.
- Enclose with the quotation an initial bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of your quotation value whichever amount is the lessor, provided that no initial bond’s value shall be less than BD 100/-.
- Ensure that the initial bond is in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank quarante, or Ensurance Policy, valid form the duration specified in the tender document.
- Enclose a copy of the Commercial Registration Bill for the current year matching the tender subject, and a copy of Certificate of Complience with the Employment Percentage for Bahrain Manpower issued by Ministry of Labour. Both of which must be valid for the period specified in the tender documents.
- All quotation conetents must stamped with the vondor’s stamp.
- Quotations must be deposited in the tender box provided at the Tenders Board office at AL- Moayyed Tower, Seef Area, (7th floor) Before 1:30 P.M., on the Tender Closing Date.
- Ensure that the provision of the Tenders Law no.36 of 2002 and its Implementation Regulation No.37 of 2002 and any other conditions specified in the tender documents are complied with, otherwise, the subbmitted tender will be rejected.
