Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Chief Executive Officer Osama bin Abdulla Al-Absi today received Free Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (FFBTU) Executive Council deputy chairman for International and Arab Relations Ali Al-Binali and congratulated him on the establishment of the new union, stressing its positive and constructive role in promoting labour issues.

Mr. Al-Binali pointed out planned projects and activities in cooperation with the three productive parties towards promoting labour issues.

Mr. Al-Absi also reaffirmed the keenness of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority to promote Bahraini workers as the best option in the local labour market and improve salaries, especially in low-wage sectors, in addition to creating a better work environment.
