LMRA and EGA sign agreement on computer literacy

PM – 11/03/2012  Manama, March 11 (BNA) — The Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and E-Government Authority (EGA) agreed on a cooperation project (building capacities) which aims at developing the computer knowledge and raise awareness among Bahrainis.

The project targets to train 15,015 Bahraini citizen of various both genders ages in years 2011 and 2012, within its endeavours to build a society rich with computer knowledge and key skills that provides the citizens and government employees with the capabilities required to deal with the latest technological developments.

The meeting was attended by the EGA‘s advisor of Human Resources, Financial Affairs, Rehabilitation and Training, the EGA’s Assistant Director of Human Resources and building capacities Mohammed Sayar, the LMRA Customer’s Service Director Ashraf Imam, the LMRA’s Communication supervisor and the LMRA Public Affairs Lulu Budulama.
