PAKISTANI Minister of Labour and Manpower Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah visited the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) headquarters in Sanabis to see how it operates.
He was welcomed by LMRA chief executive Ali Radhi, who briefed him on labour reforms in the country and the LMRA’s functions.
Mr Shah praised the reforms and urged further co-operation between the LMRA and the Pakistan Embassy, to provide a healthy working environment for Pakistani citizens working in Bahrain and to make them aware of the country’s laws.
He was accompanied by Ambassador Ikramullah Mehsud and senior embassy staff.
