LMRA registration worry

I have a valid residence permit and

have registered with the LMRA through my employer.

Due to certain circumstances my family is in India and will come to Bahrain in one week. They were in India for more than six months. They hold valid CPR cards and entry permits.

Since they are in India and could not register with the LMRA, I request you to let me know if they will be permitted to enter the country. I shall immediately get them registered as soon as they come to Bahrain.

Passports delay

My husband recently joined a new company. It took almost a month for the LMRA to stamp the residence permit on his passport.

Since then, more than a month has passed and still we, his dependents, (wife and children) have not got our passports stamped.

He submitted the NOC for us from the old company, the Indian Embassy-attested qualification certificate, passport copies, CPR copies, birth certificates of my children, etc.

We wish to travel. But because of the delay, we cannot do so.

We never had any problems before with the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence who would return our passports within two days.

LMRA, please advise why it is taking so long.
