{"id":942,"date":"2010-06-24T09:23:10","date_gmt":"2010-06-24T06:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/?p=942"},"modified":"2010-06-24T09:23:10","modified_gmt":"2010-06-24T06:23:10","slug":"lmra-to-support-easy-exit-campaign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/2010\/06\/24\/lmra-to-support-easy-exit-campaign\/","title":{"rendered":"LMRA to support Easy Exit campaign"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-943\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2010\/06\/lmra1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"101\" \/>Bahrain&#8217;s Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has pledged full support to the The Co-ordination Committee of Indian Associations (CCIA) campaign to utilise maximum benefits from Easy Exit plan for illegal workers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The CCIA held a seminar on procedures and Easy Exit plan for illegal residents at the Karnataka Social Club, Manama, under the patronage of the Indian Embassy.<\/p>\n<p>Present were Indian Ambassador Dr George Joseph, LMRA special project manager Ahmed Al Khabbas and Indian Community Relief Fund (ICRF) chairman John Iype.<\/p>\n<p>The LMRA earlier announced that there would be varied fees per worker, with the idea to help many people to leave who will be dealt in a humanitarian way.<\/p>\n<p>Each expatriate worker will be given a special Foreign Workers&#8217; Details Card provided by the LMRA, which will allow it to update the details and inform the workers if there was any complaint against them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The LMRA will consider individuals as per the case and condition,&#8217; said Mr Al Khabbas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;If anybody has salary or benefits complaints with a sponsor, they don&#8217;t need to wait till the court&#8217;s decision.
