Tamkeen and LMRA are spending so much money on providing training to Bahrainis.<\/p>\n<p>I think LMRA can save millions of Bahraini dinars if they can implement a system of verification of expat qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>As we are aware, Bahrain has a high number of fake qualification holders. Most GCC nations have a policy of verifying expat qualifications, except Bahrain.<\/p>\n<p>I am sure if LMRA follows this policy before issuing a visa, then they can remove all those working in Bahrain by duping employers.<\/p>\n<p>Neither are these employees able to do a good job for their bosses. LMRA can this way create employment which can go to deserving Bahrainis and save the money that employers spend on employing these useless cheats.
