Recognizing that a stable and fair work environment is key to boosting productivity and achieving mutual satisfaction among employers and workers, &#8220;Working Together&#8221; seeks to contribute positively to the Kingdom&#8217;s prosperity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Excellency Mr. Nibras Talib, CEO of LMRA and Chairman of the National Committee for Combatting Trafficking in Persons, emphasized, &#8220;The &#8216;Working Together&#8217; initiative reflects Bahrain&#8217;s dedication to enhancing awareness of the rights and duties of all stakeholders to foster a well-organized and safe labour market that promotes social and economic development.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe initiative will mark another important milestone in the Kingdom\u2019s journey of pioneering initiatives to strengthen the protection of expatriate workers. It supports Bahrain\u2019s approach to combat trafficking in persons and will contribute to raising the public\u2019s awareness by adopting a whole-of-Government and whole-of-society approach,\u201d added Ms Erika Broers, Chief of Mission (a.i) of IOM-Bahrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities under &#8220;Working Together&#8221; initiative will include various awareness-raising events designed to educate participants on the Kingdom&#8217;s procedures that aim to improve the work environment for everyone involved.
