Mr. Nibras Talib, CEO of LMRA, said that the Authority continually upgrades all its procedures to provide ease of access to its services and enables faster transaction time with a high level of efficiency and quality, pointing out that piloting new services and testing them with the public on a trial basis gives LMRA great feedback to make the services more useful and accessible, noting that the service will be officially launched by the end of this year.<br>Deputy CEO for Enforcement and Protection sector at the LMRA, Mrs. Noora Mubarak, explained that the virtual inspection service represent an electronic channel targeting employers wishing to save time and efforts. The virtual inspection service is designed to allow employers to reconcile electronically or remove the administrative notes listed on their commercial records without having to be present at the authority\u2019s premises or waiting for an appointment for the physical inspection visit, as the employer may submit the application through the electronic support system \u201cE-Support\u201d or by personal attendance at the authority to schedule an appointment, and receive the virtual inspection\u2019s link via email.<br>She added that this service will enable the judicial officers at the Authority\u2019s front desks to communicate with the employer via video conference technology to verify compliance and correct status of the establishment directly.
