The partnership will&nbsp; provide added oversight of the employers\u2019 commitment to pay their employees\u2019 wages, to enhance the efficiency and quality of electronic services in the government sector and increase cooperation mechanisms among state institutions, and to ensure the correctness of data related to workers\u2019 wages in the private sector, and to monitor employers\u2019 commitment to applying the provisions of legislation on wage regulation, by providing the databases related to workers&#8217; wages at both parties and the exchange of data between them. She added that the benefits resulting from this partnership will cover all workers in the private sector operating in the Kingdom, both Bahrainis and non-Bahrainis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jamsheer highlighted that the initiative will raise the efficiency and quality of the E-services in the Government sector, ensuring data correctness related to real wages and actual workers in the Private Sector, evaluate and match all wages paid in the private sector with Insured wages and alert the employers of any salary discrepancies at both organizations.
