Dear Clients,<\/p>\n

LMRA calls on employers to benefit from the possibility of renewing the work permits within 6 months before the expiry date of the work permit, where they will not be allowed to renew the work permit of any foreign worker after three months of the expiration of the work permit issued starting from February 2016.<\/p>\n

Note that the above obligation by employers and foreign workers will not result in taking any administrative action against the worker which prevents him from transferring to another employer (new) or leaving the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
