{"id":303,"date":"2008-10-12T00:00:55","date_gmt":"2008-10-11T21:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/?p=303"},"modified":"2008-10-12T00:00:55","modified_gmt":"2008-10-11T21:00:55","slug":"lmras-achievements-are-hailed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/2008\/10\/12\/lmras-achievements-are-hailed\/","title":{"rendered":"LMRA&#8217;s achievements are hailed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HIS Majesty King Hamad, in the presence of Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, yesterday hailed the successful strides made by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).<\/p>\n<p>He was speaking as he received Labour Minister Dr Majeed Al Alawi, who submitted the annual LMRA 2007 Report, at the Sakhir Palace.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The LMRA&#8217;s programmes, aimed at organising the labour market to better serve the national economy, were praised.<\/p>\n<p>The King hailed the report, which documents the LMRA&#8217;s achievements, highlighting its co-operation with the public and private sectors to ensure quality services and streamlining measures. Such a drive will meet balanced objectives of the labour market reforms without encroaching on the interests of businessmen and employees, the King said.
