The system\u00a0allowed 101, 744 expats to enter the country in\u00a02014.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Al Absi revealed that 424, 241 transactions\u00a0were completed by the authorities last year,\u00a0clarifying that 56 percent were completed in one\u00a0day, while 88 pc were done in three working days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost requests received were for new work\u00a0permit, employees\u2019 mobility, employment<br \/>\ntermination and temporarily work permits\u00a0requests,\u201d the CEO said.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, LMRA\u2019s average customer service time was six minutes per transaction for employers, while the remaining transactions were made within four minutes each.<\/p>\n<p>Al Absi also informed that the authority issued 28, 000 commercial records last year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy the end of 2014, about 29, 000 new working permits were issued compared to 2010.
