The Employee Handbook has been compiled by lawyers V K Thomas and Wafa Al Ansari, and will be published in English and Malayalam.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It aims to target expatriate workers and explains different rules of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, immigration, Pension Fund Authority and other regulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWe hope to print editions in Hindi and other languages shortly,\u201d said Mr Thomas during a meeting held at Caesar\u2019s Restaurant in Adliya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cEach and every worker must be made aware of his basic rights, duties and obligations during their stay and work in Bahrain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Indian Embassy, KIMS Bahrain Medical Centre, State Bank of India, New India Assurance and Gulf Madhyamam sponsored the printing of the book.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It will be distributed for free to Indian workers through the embassy and other clubs and associations.
