Setting up conditions, regulations and procedures for issuing new licenses,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 renewal and\u00a0\u00a0 duration, in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">2. The Terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between the licensing authority and the agencies as well as the agencies and their clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">3. Recommendations for the terms and conditions of the proposed agreement\u00a0\u00a0 between agencies and their clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">4. Monitoring procedures for this activity that will serve and safeguard the rights of all\u00a0 parties<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The LMRA survey has been placed on its official website for the purpose of gathering information and public opinion on the afore mentioned points and we request everyone to participate in this crucial survey so they have a voice in the placing of regulations and procedures that upgrade the level of service and safeguard the rights of all.
