{"id":1508,"date":"2012-08-23T14:03:39","date_gmt":"2012-08-23T11:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/?p=1508"},"modified":"2012-08-23T14:03:39","modified_gmt":"2012-08-23T11:03:39","slug":"lmra-directors-review-labour-market-blueprint","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lmra.gov.bh\/en\/2012\/08\/23\/lmra-directors-review-labour-market-blueprint\/","title":{"rendered":"LMRA directors review labour market blueprint"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A NEW national labour market blueprint came under the spotlight yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The LMRA board of directors recently endorsed the plan and reviewed financial data for the first quarter and first half of this year as well as internal auditing. <!--more-->Labour Minister and LMRA chairman Jameel Humaidan said the directors discussed in detail the labour market plan to organise co-ordination and integration of efforts between the Labour Ministry, Tamkeen and the Education Ministry, in terms of training and qualification of Bahraini cadres.<\/p>\n<p>The move aims to integrate the cadres into the labour market according to productive recruitment mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Humaidan added that programmes formulated by various sides have been included in the plan.<\/p>\n<p>The plan comprises 20 strategic projects, which are scheduled to be implemented within two years.<\/p>\n<p>The LMRA business plan is due to be submitted to the Cabinet soon. The board of directors reviewed reports submitted by the financial committee and approved the semi-annual financial statements.<\/p>\n<p>It also discussed and approved the internal auditor&#8217;s plan for LMRA work next year.<\/p>\n<p>The board reviewed the internal regulations for the LMRA board of directors, prepared by the legal committee.<\/p>\n<p>These regulations were endorsed and the executive management was asked to finalise the legal procedures in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>The board also reviewed the chief executive&#8217;s report on the LMRA&#8217;s activity over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>The board members discussed the new plan in detail.<\/p>\n<p>The executive management is expected to take necessary legal steps to ease procedures for clientele and improve its performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A NEW national labour market blueprint came under the spotlight yesterday.
