PM – 12\/04\/2012 Manama, April 12 (BNA) — Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Mr. Osama Al-Absi received today a visiting Kuwaiti delegation headed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Agency for Addressing the Situation of Illegal Residence Mr. Saleh Yousif Al-Fadala.Mr. Al-Absi presented to the delegation a detailed account on the Authority’s work, its goals and the success it has achieved in the management of the local labour market with regard to foreign employment.<\/p>\n
On his part, Mr. Al-Fadala reviewed schemes Kuwait has put in place to solve the situation of illegal residents, confirming Kuwait’s keenness to solve this problem permanently. Al-Fadala also reviewed Kuwait’s plan to establish a public authority to employ labourers, stressing his interest in reviewing Bahrain’s experience in this regard.<\/p>\n
Mr. Al-Absi welcomed cooperation with the Kuwaiti delegation, explaining that information was traded and it was agreed to go forward with the scheduled meetings in the coming period of bilateral visits or exchange of information, which in the end is for the benefit of both parties.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
