Manama, Jun 20 (BNA): A ceremony was held today at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Mina Salman Centre, winner of the gold classification under the Taqyeem Classification.
The event was attended by LMRA Chief Executive Officer H.E Mr. Jamal Abdulaziz AlAlawi and Information and Electronic Government Authority iGA Chief, Head of Taqyeem Committee H.E Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Qaed.
AlAlawi valued the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to Government bodies to enhance services and achieve highest quality standards.
He affirmed LMRA’s commitment to enhance the effectiveness of the services provided and to facilitate procedures for the public, in line with the strategic priorities in the government program.
He underlined the authority’s keenness to provide innovative initiatives that contribute to achieving customer satisfaction across all services, in addition to developing work teams’ skills and capabilities to perform the tasks and work duties assigned to them to ensure service excellence.
Addressing the ceremony, Al Qaed expressed his sincere wishes to Mina Salman Center and its staff success and to continue the development process to maintain this honorable classification.
He stressed the importance and impact of the self-evaluation process and the continuous adoption of the committee’s observations and standards, and the provision of government services in an innovative way to achieve advanced classifications.
He commended LMRA Mina Salman Centre for its Integrated services, praised the personnel’s efforts to develop and improve the services provided to customers, which contributed to obtaining the gold rating within the third cycle of the evaluation process of government service centers.
He lauded the ease of services and the fast-tracked procedures in clearing transactions, in addition to keenness to provide high-quality services to all auditors, in line with the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
