The LMRA intends to update the process for issuing licenses, regulate and monitor and recruitment agencies for both the household sector and the economic sector .The LMRA requests public opinion and recommendations on the following:
1. Setting up conditions, regulations and procedures for issuing new licenses,    renewal and   duration, in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness.

2. The Terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between the licensing authority and the agencies as well as the agencies and their clients.

3. Recommendations for the terms and conditions of the proposed agreement   between agencies and their clients.

4. Monitoring procedures for this activity that will serve and safeguard the rights of all  parties

The LMRA survey has been placed on its official website for the purpose of gathering information and public opinion on the afore mentioned points and we request everyone to participate in this crucial survey so they have a voice in the placing of regulations and procedures that upgrade the level of service and safeguard the rights of all. The survey is open to the public till 30th October 2012.
