This is an inquiry which I would like to address to the LMRA and I hope I can be given a clear and definite answer.
My contract with my employer expires on February 19, 2009 but I would like to resign from my company now as I am planning to transfer to another job.
Is there any way that my company would refuse to issue a ‘no objection certificate’ so that my visa can be transferred to another company?
If they refuse, what should I do to be able to have my visa transferred?
